All sterling silver collar stays are made to order in New York City and typically ship within 3 to 5 business days.
Production and delivery estimates are approximate and may vary depending on order volume and customization requirements.
Returns
At launch, all items are final sale, including unpersonalized pairs, except in the case of damage, defect, or an error on our part.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and assist. If the issue is due to damage, defect, or our error, we will provide a return label, remake the item, and ship the replacement.
